Handling Complaints and Removal Requests

Every website on PaysiteManager has a Complaints page (yourwebsite.com/complaints) where anyone, member or not, can report content or ask for it to be taken down. Visa, Mastercard and our billing partners require this page. Complaints are serious, so PaysiteManager reviews and handles every one. This guide explains how complaints arrive and what we need from you.

Good to know: complaints should always come in through the Complaints form. If someone contacts you about content any other way, report it to us (see below) rather than handling it yourself.

How a complaint arrives

  1. The person fills in the form on your Complaints page: their name and email, the links to the content, a description, what they are reporting, the issues involved, and whether they ever agreed to the content being shared.

  2. When they send it, they get a reference number (for example CMP-20261008-0001). The complaint reaches our team, and you also get an email with the subject Website Complaint showing the same reference number and everything they entered.

If someone contacts you directly

If someone emails you, messages you or reaches you anywhere else about content on your website, don't reply with a decision yourself. Send what they sent you to [email protected], including any links, and point them to your Complaints page so their request gets a reference number.

Credible removal requests are always honored

When someone makes a credible request to remove content they appear in, the content comes down. It applies even when you have signed releases and ID on file and paid the performer for the shoot. The rules behind this:

What we may ask you to do

  1. Take content down. Open the content set, click Edit, untick Enable this content set on the website and click Save Changes. It disappears from your website straight away. Also remove any copies you have posted elsewhere.

  2. Send your records. Every performer must have age documentation and a signed release on file before their content is published, and we may ask for them.

Copyright complaints

Copyright claims follow your website's DMCA page (yourwebsite.com/dmca), which names PaysiteManager's DMCA agent at [email protected].
