You can set a trusted IP address to stop receiving connection notifications to your dashboard without having to disable the email setting.
To set the trusted ip:
- Log into your dashboard
- Click Store Settings on the left-hand side
3. Scroll down to Security Settings
4. Click Use My Current IP to populate the field.
5. Make sure to press the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page.
Once saved, you’ll stop receiving login notifications from that IP.
Whitelist your IP for access your website
Because of new laws, we’ve had to block access to the websites in certain states and countries—including for site owners. So if you’ve been stuck using a VPN just to check your own site, you’re not alone.
The good news: you can now whitelist your IP address to bypass that block.
To whitelist your ip for access:
- Log into your dashboard
- Click Store Settings on the left-hand side
3. Scroll down to IP Whitelist
4. Add your current IP or any trusted device IPs to the whitelist
5. Make sure to press the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page.
Once you do that, you’ll have normal access to your site—no VPN needed.
