Login to your account at https://namecheap.com
You’ll be brought to your dashboard which shows your domains as below. Click on the manage button to the right of the domain you want to modify.
Go to the bottom of the page and you will see 4 columns with contact information each with an edit button. Click on one of the edit buttons.
Update the information with
Company Name: Digitech Media, LLC
First Name: Domain
Last Name: Admin
Address: 6702 Maybole Pl
City: Temple Terrace
State: FL – Florida
Zip/Postal Code: 33617
Country: United States
Phone Number: 702-337-2886
Email: !! DO NOT CHANGE THIS !!
Check off all 3 of the contacts to apply this change to them all at once. Click on Save Changes.
You’ll be back at the domain details page. Take a screenshot of this page. Include the contact information and the domain name in the screenshot. If you are unable to get all that information in one screenshot, you can take a couple screenshots and send them to us.
